Antony is a Professional Engineer with 30+ years of experience as an Enterprise Software and Security Professional.

A former Executive Director for Digital & Information Technology with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery, Antony advised on the development of Ontario’s digital and data strategies. He was a key contributor to the Simpler, Faster, Better Services Act 2019, a major driver behind the Ontario Data Strategy and oversaw the successful launch of the Ontario Business Registry in 2022.

He began his career in systems engineering, which evolved into becoming a solutions-sales expert on complex IT infrastructure projects such as modernizing clients’ data centres.

He has developed, sold and implemented software and IT solutions for multi-million dollar accounts in the Canadian utilities industry on behalf of top-tier technology companies including Amdahl, Indus, and IBM.
